Main purpose

Structure introduction

The testing machine is mainly composed of organism, hydraulic control box and force measuring instrument.

1. body part

The body of the testing machine is connected with the upper beam by four columns, and the upper and lower spaces can be adjusted by manual lead screws.

The no-load height of the testing machine can be adjusted, and the lower end of the lead screw is equipped with a ball seat and an upper pressing plate. The lower pressing plate is placed on the piston of the oil cylinder. When the test piece contacts the upper pressing plate, the ball seat of the upper pressing plate can self adjust and balance to keep the test piece horizontal with the upper and lower pressing plates. The marking line for positioning the test piece is engraved on the holding down shift. The test piece shall be aligned with the marking line during the test. A dust cover is set under the lower pressing plate to prevent or reduce the dust from entering the oil cylinder and damaging the cylinder block or oil seal when the piston rises and falls. There is a sealing device between the piston and the oil cylinder, which can prevent oil leakage. However, when the piston still has a small amount of oil leakage during use, there is an annular oil groove at the top of the cylinder block, and there is an oil drain channel to discharge it, which flows back to the large oil tank.

2. hydraulic control part

The control box of the testing machine is mainly composed of oil tank, oil pump, oil filter, motor, oil delivery valve, oil return valve, etc. the oil pump is a direct rotating shaft plunger pump. When the testing machine is loaded, the loading oil delivery valve shall be manually controlled to restore the control of the rising speed of the piston (this speed is integrated with the safety valve). When unloading, the oil return valve can be turned, and the oil cylinder will slowly drop. The safety valve of the testing machine has been adjusted to the appropriate position when it leaves the factory. The user cannot adjust the safety valve during normal use.Main technical parameters
