It is used for burst pressure determination and pressure resistance time determination of various types of pipe fittings. It is widely used in the production, development and research of various hoses in quality inspection units, various auto parts manufacturing units, product quality inspection stations, and scientific research institutions. The pressure test system consists of a pressurization system and a control and display system. The pressurization system is mainly composed of Simint liquid booster pump, etc., which mainly completes the pressurization and pressure maintenance of the system, which can ensure the pressurization and pressure maintenance of the long-term test. The control and display system mainly completes the work of controlling the pressure of the driving gas, controlling the pressure relief, displaying the pressure in time, and controlling the pressurization.

Fulfill the Standard :

Safety Protection:

G series gas-liquid booster pump
The G series gas-liquid booster pump adopts a single air-controlled unbalanced gas distribution valve to realize the automatic reciprocating movement of the pump. The gas drive part of the pump body is all made of aluminum alloy. Beautiful appearance and never rust.
The material of the liquid part is selected from carbon steel or stainless steel according to different media, and the complete set of seals of the pump are imported high-quality products, thus ensuring the performance of the pump. The diameter of the driving piston in this series is 160mm.
The maximum driving air pressure is 10bar. In order to ensure the life of the pump, it is recommended to use an air pressure ≤ 8bar.

The ground is flat and well ventilated. There is no strong vibration around the equipment. There is no strong electromagnetic field around the equipment. There are no flammable, explosive, corrosive substances and dust around the equipment. Appropriate space for use and maintenance is reserved around the equipment, as shown in the figure below
